Highly Recommend Universal Glass! I recently had my windshield replaced by Universal Glass (they came to my home!) and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The team got me in quickly, explained the process clearly, and completed the job perfectly. A special shout-out to Joseph — he was outstanding! His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care really stood out. He made sure the installation was flawless, took the time to answer all my questions, and went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied. It’s rare to find that level of dedication these days.

I called Universal Glass to get a quote on replacing the glass for a large picture window in my home whose coating had started to fail. The person on the phone was very helpful and provided me a ballpark estimate range and helped me schedule time for a tech to come out and provide a dialed in quote. Within a few days of my initial call, the tech had visited, provided a reasonable price and solid explanation on the process and options, and had order the glass after my approval. A couple weeks later they were back to install the new glass. They were not able to use scaffolding (as they originally intended) and discounted my final bill by a few hundred dollars because of it, even though it required more labor on their end. Overall, I am very happy with the efficient process, the friendly staff, and the quality of the work. I will use Universal again for any future glass needs and highly recommend them as a reliable and reasonable shop.

Great experience with Universal Auto Glass. After a rock shattered our sliding door, every company told us we’d need to replace the entire door. Universal Auto Glass was the only one who said they could replace just the glass. The price was reasonable, the turnaround was faster than expected, and the installation was seamless. Angel, our installer, was friendly, efficient, and did an excellent job. The slider looks perfect. Highly recommend!

Universal Glass installed dual pane glass in a sliding glass door that had been shattered. Universal did a thoroughly professional job: timely and at the agreed-upon price. Mariella in the office regularly kept me up-to-date with the progress and was a pleasure to work with. Universal is now my go-to glass company in the Phoenix area.
