I had an amazing experience with Hamadi and Arlen! From start to finish, Hamadi was incredibly accommodating, polite, resourceful, kind, and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly. The tinted windows came out absolutely amazing — clean, smooth, and professionally done. What really impressed me was his willingness to help troubleshoot issues I had been struggling to fix for a long time. Not only did he figure everything out, but he managed to get it all handled in just half a day when nobody else could. You can truly tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work. Highly recommend Hamadi and Arlen to anyone looking for quality service, professionalism, and people who genuinely go the extra mile!

This place is about business. I definitely recommend it. The guy that works there explains what tents is good for your car, but if you insist that you want something different, he doesn't stand in your way. But he'll let you know because of the police and what will go so that you won't get pulled over which was good advice. But two thumbs up

Dont come here!!! I would keep shopping its unfortunate that they quote prices online differently they are not upfront. Its false advertisements and make you wait for a very long time. I was not happy with the work. The worst customer service, the guy at the front knows only how to sell but does not know how to inform the customers he selling illegal tint that are not qualified for California. Know your laws and keep searching. I regret trusting this company. Have better qualified people at the front.

Got my car tinted today in Jet black San Leandro I was confused in the beginning because it was under super friendly tinters but the manager Hamadi over there explained everything. He hooked me up and the car came out clean and looks brand new. There was a bit of waiting time but it was worth it

So I have literally been at this tint shop and worked with Brian with 4 of my cars and plus, came back 2 more times to finally get my windshield tinted as well. First and foremost, Jet Black Tint has one of the best prices in the Bay Area, just upfront, no hassle and a high quality of work on what they do. If you need to get your automobile tinted, come speak to my guy Brian. Very professional and knows his stuff. Actually the whole staff over at the shop at Biggie location are all friendly and accommodating. Trust me, at one point, I’ve looked all over the place to get my windows tinted, and I’m just glad I have found these guys. Don’t hesitate and just make it happen.
