Black Diamond Glass Tinting

Had to bring my car back 3 different times in a row for them to redo the same tint job. 1st time there was a long string from a cleaning rag underneath the tint. 2nd time there was a long hair under the tent. 3rd time they rushed it and left fingerprints all over underneath the tint which caused the tint to be blurry in those spots. And to make things worse, when I brought it back for the 2nd and 3rd time the younger kid that works there (I believe it’s maybe the son or possibly the Daughter’s boyfriend) that was working the front desk that day was a complete jerk about the whole thing, instead of him being sorry about having me bring it back all these times, instead he acted like a jerk and treated me like I was a huge inconvenience to him to redo the mistakes when I’m the one that had to spend my time to bring my car back 3 different times and wait for it each time. I’ve been coming here for years, but won’t be coming back. The younger girl that works there is nice, but whoever the young entitled kid that works there needs to not deal with customers if he’s going to act like that and definitely needs to work on his customer service skills if they want customers to keep coming back.

Man…. I heard of this place through my wife and man they didn’t disappoint at all. They knew what I wanted as soon as I pulled up. Got everything done in the time they said. 5 days later (tint was ready to go after 2 days) tint is perfect cured and looks great! I’ll bring all my cars here now. Great work!

Had the best experience I spoke to Alex on the phone and he gave me a quote That was so much cheaper than other places I have called I just received my car back and I am so happy on how well the tint came out. I was brought to this place by some friends and they had nothing but good to say about them. I highly suggest if you want quality tint Head over to Black diamond you will not be disappointed 🙂

Matt and his friendly staff checked me in quickly, described all the different levels of tinting with darkness and temperature control so I could select what works for me. Left my car and received call just under 4 hrs later that car was ready for pick up. Looks beautiful and workmanship is top notch. Shop is nice and has easy access to nearby shops. Thank you all for a great experience!

Picture speaks for itself. The whole car was cut wrong and they attempted to sharpie the rest to cover up the mistakes. They did a terrible job at covering it up as well. Save your time and money and go to VIP Recon. Worst customer service. After destroying my brand new car they still argued and made it seem like it was somehow my fault and they did nothing wrong. Overall disgusted with this experience.

5 stars across the board. Not sure why there are all these one star reviews but I just brought my gx460 in and they did an amazing job. Price was fair. They got me in basically same day and two hours later car was ready. Easy drop off and easy pickup. A+++ service. Shannon was super friendly and quick to help. Any of my tinting jobs I’d go here from now on
