I had two of my cars, a Range Rover and a Tesla, done at this location, including XPEL for windows & Paint Protection Film (PPF). I started having issues with PPF peeling within 6 months on BOTH my vehicles. These products supposedly have a LIFETIME REPLACEMENT WARRANTY. When I approached them, I was told that it had been installed incorrectly and, as such, they would not warranty the work, as it was under new ownership. I was quoted $719 for the bumper on the Tesla and $229 PER mirror on the Range Rover to redo what their location had put on!!! I called Tint World on 3115 Fondren Rd, Houston, TX 77063, and the Owner, Joe, redid the terrible work done by the Spring location at no charge!!! He is truly a classy gentleman and recommend his location with no reservations whatsoever. I do not recommend any work at the Oakhurst, Spring location. I have posted photographs of their shoddy work done at Oakhurst location. It was worth driving from Woodlands to Fonden! I asked that the Owner/Manager from Spring location call me/email me……..crickets……No phone calls… nothing. In their response to this post, they ask that I speak to with their manager, yet the owner/manager has my number but was too arrogant to call. BE WARNED. BE AWARE.

I had an exceptional experience at Tint World, and it was entirely thanks to Cindy. From the moment I walked in, Cindy took the time to walk me through every available option, clearly explaining the differences without overwhelming me. She offered thoughtful recommendations based on my truck and how I use it, and her expertise made the decision process easy and comfortable. It never felt like a sales pitch. It felt like guidance from someone who genuinely wanted the best outcome for me. What stood out most was her professionalism and respect for my time. I was on a tight schedule, and she went out of her way to make sure everything moved quickly and smoothly. Honestly, she should not just be behind the counter. She should be training others on how to sell properly and exceed customer expectations. The shop had my truck in and out in under an hour, which completely exceeded my expectations since I assumed I would be waiting days for an appointment. The tint looks fantastic, and I can already feel a noticeable difference in how much heat is coming through the windows. This was one of the best customer service experiences I have had anywhere. Tint World is lucky to have Cindy representing them.

Very nice people. Fast service. No fault on them but the ac was out in their waiting room and it was extremely uncomfortable. No fans or anything to help. Desk help stayed in the back shop where I am guessing it was much better. Hopefully they take better care of their customers going forward.

The service was excellent, and Franklin was an outstanding and professional throughout the service. However, I did my brand new car tinting once immediately after I picked up my truck. There was clearly a lot of bubbles that disappeared over the course of two days. However, scratches in the tent filming was not noted in the windshield as well as dust underneath. The film was clearly visible. I called Franklin and he nicely offered to fix the windows and sides that have issues. Again, I left my truck there for entire day for the second time most of the issues were fixed but this time still there's multiple areas of dust under the film and scratches that looks like a windshield crack as well as edges of the film, not placed properly. I really like the service, but the fact that I wasted two days with such service that clearly reflects a poor technician. Job was unacceptable on top of that. The cost of Uber back-and-forth four times which was also unexpected. I would expect a better job here. I'm open for discussion. I really did not want to leave such a Review but for honesty for customers, I felt obligated.

I loved the window tint on my truck! They did an outstanding job! I am glad I choose Tint World!

5-star service! Sent a request in using their website, then connected via text and made an appointment. Window tint and windshield visor were installed in 45 minutes! Good price and great service!
