Black Optix Tint Springfield - Window Tints, PPF, Ceramic Coating, And Car Vinyl Wraps

I got my windows tinted today! They explained everything about the different types of films available, and I went with the ceramic option. Within just an hour, I could really appreciate the result—it made the car so much more comfortable. I got 50% ceramic film plus a strip across the windshield. The only drawback I experienced was the delay in completion time. However, I understand that projects like this can sometimes take longer than expected due to factors such as parts availability, shop workload, or scheduling delays. Aside from that, I had a great experience. The device worked perfectly, and the staff was amazing professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process. Their customer service and attention to detail made the experience a positive one, and I would gladly return for future service.

UPDATE 8/25: Layla responded first thing Monday morning and was able to address my concerns same-day. She made up for a lack of customer service the first day and explained why my experience was unusual. No solution for the front windshield, so improved rating from 1 to 3 stars. Bottom line: cannot recommend. Poor attention to detail, did not reassemble one of the door cards/windows and did not clean up. The crew gave impression of being inexperienced and did not inspire any confidence in the quality of their work. Booked appointment online, impressed by the positive reviews. At the shop the afternoon of 8/23. When I arrived, the young man gave me pricing that was different than online, but was flexible with a quote for the windshield. Appointment took a little over 2 hours, but at the end the young man working the counter said, "There's something wrong with your windshield. The tint won't stick." He refunded me and gave zero suggestions or options. I should have checked their work on all windows, because the next morning when getting groceries I noticed they did not reassemble the door card/window area on the rear drivers side. They also left a mess on the door and did not clean up leftover tint. Now I need to find time to get back to the shop. It's not a good feeling to find a piece of a brand new car just laying on the floor.

Great experience. Staff was nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. I received better care than even expected. Tint job was done quicker than expected but also done correctly. Thank you guys. Will be bringing all of my vehicles to Black Optix of Springfield moving forward. A+

Got my two front windows (20% to match my back stained windows) and my windshield at 35%. All and all pretty damn good they were done in an hour or less manager is super cool guy. Price was a little steep at 270 but comes with a lifetime warranty and it looks really good.

I used black optix to get my front 2 windows tinted with their Extreme IR ceramic coated tint. The tint looks amazing and works even better. The process of scheduling my appointment was quick and easy. The installation process was seamless, I was told it would take 2-3 hours but it only took them about 30 minutes to do everything. Highly recommend Black Optix!
