I took my Tesla to this guy last week. My Tesla has 98 miles on it and still has the temp tag, brand new and flawless from the factory. I got charged $600 to get it tinted. Little pricy but cool you pay for what you get and I see all the good ratings. I don’t mind paying for quality work, plus I got my truck tinted by him a few months ago and no issues. When I get my Tesla back they said like always ‘don’t roll your windows down for 3-5 days’. So I parked my Tesla in my garage just so I didn’t accidentally roll them down. I finally take it out after 5 days and inspect it….. My back window has a small chip in it and plastic on my window frame is hanging off. I respectfully reach out to the owner to let him know as any person would, and he denies it was them. This guy didn’t ask me to bring it in for further look, offer a credit back for any inconveniences no type of solution, only that they were not responsible. He stated tools they use couldn’t possibly do that. Regardless of what tools were used, while my car is in your possession you’re responsible, and my car did not have any damage to it when it was dropped off. I’ve only had it for a week. I thought I was going to a professional. I don’t take my vehicles just anywhere. I get things happen but come on this isn’t a used vehicle that could have prior damages that would make you question if I’m just trying to get over. You’re talking a brand new Tesla that I waited 3 months for damaged and I only drove twice. Do not ever use Tint masters. Yea they may do good work but that one time something goes wrong there is no accountability here. Owner said he carries this company on his back. I know what that’s like I own a business going on 7 years now. I put blood sweat and tears into it, but when a customer complains about something I find a solution to keep them happy, not brush them off and deny my wrongs. All I was looking for was accountability not even a fully credit or to get it done for free. Just respect the fact that I’m a repeat customer. I expected a little more compassion. Usually all tint comes with life time warranty, he couldn’t pay ME to bring my car back. I’ll pay double the price before going back to him. Definitely lost a customer!!
