Mikael's Car Wash

Not busy at all and that had me pumped. Employees are polite and professional. Paid $70.00 for a complete wash including special interior lotion application. Driver door was done great all other doors were not. Driver and passenger mats still have dirt and I have the pictures. Several areas on dash no wiped down. Unfortunately won’t be back based on price and lack of attention to detail. If it was a very busy day I’d be happy to let it roll but unfortunately not the case.

My husband and I took both our cars to Mikael's today to have the inside & outside cleaned. We paid $50 with tip. The outside looks okay but the interior was terrible. There are several missed patches of dirt in the carpet, and the seats are still dirty. Also, there is still dog hair on the seats. It didn't even take them 10 minutes to clean both cars. We are both really disappointed with the way our cars turned out. We could have done a better job ourselves and saved the money. This is the last time I will ever go to this place.

Mikael’s used to be a staple of Sandy Springs. Always high end cars rolling through the line. Always did a great job. Went for the first time in a while on Saturday. Barely anyone there on a beautiful sunny day. Just got the exterior done so they have you stay in the car and maneuver through the tunnel. I am sitting there watching them miss spots. Didn’t even touch the front grill or bumper area. I can hear them banging the brush handle all over the roof of the vehicle (Fortunately, I have not located any damage). Overall incredibly sloppy/rushed job. I watched the car in front of me go through and it was the same thing. Missed spots and just overall careless work. The guys are too busy giggling and jacking around to pay attention to doing decent work. Confirmed my decision to have stopped going there in the first place.

Worst experience ever. I went here, they used to be $30 now they are $50 the owner with the glasses who sits behind the desk refused to wipe down a spot on my seat after I paid for cleaning in and out. He then raised his voice at me and told me to leave. I was very respectful the whole time. Also now their selling purses and jewelry in there and I wonder if their licensed for that.

I didn’t get to inspect/look at the car before driving off since they were busy but after looking, they did not do a good job. In fact, it was rushed and they missed a lot of spots and I had a lot of dirt/still residue on the outside of my car. If you want a fast, not careful job that don’t care about details, come to this place

Poor customer service and quality of work. After my vehicle was ready I inspected it and found dirt still on the outside in several places and the inside still have dirt on the seats, floor and trunk. The gentleman at the register came out and was very rude and condescending. He wiped one spot and said it’s clean. I showed him all of my concerns and he refused to re-wash and vacuum the vehicle. I paid $52 just to have to go home and wipe the spots again with a rag, wiped down the inside and vacuumed it again myself.

They charged 52$ for exterior wash + interiors cleaning. Spiked up price doesn’t mean you get good service, I would never visit this place again. Please see the pictures I have attached to the review.
