Su actitud conmigo me hace pensar que es un poco racista y el lavado que an echo en el interior de la camioneta que llevo no a sido el mejor trabajo Una ocasión. Llegue primero y autorizo pasar a otro carro. Que llego después de mi. Le pregunté porque y me dijo que el estaba antes que yo y eso no era verdad , pero cuando le pregunté me contestó no voy alegar con usted. El estaba antes es todo , yo le dije que no estaba alegando solo quería saber la razón !! Pero era obvio era Guero y al parecer de adinerado 😕🫤🤨🫤

I’ll be honest! my first visit didn’t meet my expectations and I left a bad review due to a misunderstanding. But what happened next truly surprised me. The owner reached out personally, took full responsibility, and stayed in contact with me every step of the way, making sure my car was taken care of the right way. George and the staff were incredibly professional, kind, and went above and beyond. The result? My car came out ABSOLUTELY PERFECT , like straight out of the dealership! ✨ This is the kind of customer service you rarely find anymore. They didn’t just clean my car they earned my trust, my loyalty, and now my neighbors and family are already on their way there too! I came to ruin their reputation. Instead, they ruined every other car wash for me ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Recently came here to get a quote on a nasty dent in our leased Hyundai. Jose gave us the best price (very reasonable) out of 5 places we tried. No gimmicks, full transparency. When we first dented the car we opted for a cheap fix which ended up being a scam. The guy used bondo and claimed he would buff it after it dried. Jose told us all about these common scammers and he fixed it in less than a week . Even gave us a full detail at a discount for our business. These guys are legit. I have peace of mind knowing i found a reliable bodyshop . We returned that lease with no issues thanks to these guys !

I paid $43 for an interior and exterior wash at Auto Spa Chicago, and it was a total disaster. The exterior job was incredibly shoddy—they left dirt all over my 2026 car and left noticeable dirt marks across the body, hood, and grill. They clearly use cheap ineffective materials that do not work. When I called them out on the terrible job, their response was laughable. They actually defended the dirt and damage, claiming that this subpar quality is "just what you get for a wash & vaccum" Let’s be clear: a luxury price tag should mean luxury service, not paying $43 to have your car dirtier than what came in. To add to facts, I drove right after going through an automatic car wash. Instead of fixing their mistake, they had the absolute audacity to try and upsell me on a detailing package. When I refused to give them more money to fix a job they already messed up, they threw a tantrum and barred me from ever coming back. They returned the money, but now I am an hour wasted in my life and sitting with a unclean car. This place is highly unprofessional. The staff apparently only want to wipe down already-clean cars and refuse to actually work for their money. If you care about your vehicle and want to be treated with basic respect, avoid this place at all costs.

I brought my Volkswagen to Auto Spa Chicago for a full detail. I was shocked when I got back all the pet hair was removed. The shine was fantastic and the inside is great. I highly recommend these guys for car washes and details of your car. Keep up the great work.

I brought in my f-150 in for a window tint. Todd, Jose and their team were very helpful answering my questions and presenting my options. They made the process very easy and did an incredible job including a wash at the end. I will definitely be back for washes and with anything else I need done on my vehicles. 10/10 would recommend after my experience and seeing the work product.

I’ve been to so many hand car washes across Chicago. Auto Spa is my favorite. I highly recommend this place. After doing a ton of research and reading reviews, and checking out locations from their competitors, I chose to take my (then) brand new car to Auto Spa and they are my forever hand car washing. As a woman driver (and small business owner), I feel comfortable when I arrive, never judged when I am there doing business on my devices. I feel safe, and completely unbothered. The do a beautiful hand wash, and will accommodate anything you request. If you want a special towel to be used, they will do it. Service timing seems just right. What does this matter? Because some hand car wash owners treat their staff like they are on an assembly line, and you can tell that are being timed. They go too fast, are shouting all the time, stressed and make no eye contact. Not at Auto Spa. I see the respect between workers, and I feel respected when I get there. I also love that one of the workers smiles at me at the end and pays me some kind of a compliment. It helps to feel special and valued, especially during times like this, and I can feel the vibe that the owner helps his staff feel special and valued too. The owner must take the time to not only train his staff, but also have regular conversations with them too. Good customer service doesn’t just start from the top, as they say, it starts with feeling confident and comfortable with yourself and honoring and respecting yourself. This may seem like more than a review of a car wash. That’s because it is. I don’t place my dollars where I am not wanted or where I don’t feel comfortable and valued—even if the service is the best I’ve ever had. Auto Spa provides the best hand car washing service I have ever had. Location: easy entry, easy exit Service: professional Facilities: Clean Women’s bathroom: Just remodeled. It’s for women only. The seat is ALWAYS down. Chemical smell: Typical. Not too bad, but if you are smell/scent sensitive, there are plenty of places to walk around outside on Clybourn and also, there is a waiting room that cuts the chem smell down a little bit. Social requests: They will accommodate. They ask questions and genuinely want to help. Pride: The people that work there that obvious pride in their work. I love it. Customer vibe: Customers of Auto Spa are just as amazing as the staff and ownership. Everyone is professional, friendly, chill. And I even made a friend at the Auto Spa.
