Detail Doctor

Words can’t explain how satisfied I am after taking our car to Detail Doctor! Our 2007 Camry had a rough winter of moisture, dog hair, mildew— you name it. After finding Detail Doctor after some Googling, I gave Aldo a call and he got me in within a few days. He was friendly, courteous, and professional throughout the entire process. Likewise, his wife, Lori, coordinated my drop-off and she was equally as great in communicating as Aldo was. They make an excellent team! The photos don’t do it justice. It looks like a brand new car! Although we only got the interior deep cleaned (shampooed, vacuumed, ozone treatment, etc.), the team went above and beyond to even clean, wax, and freshen up the exterior too. Also, the engine and under the hood was cleaned— didn’t even know this was a thing! I’ve never had my car this clean before, it smells and looks like a car right off the lot, factory new. I hope we won’t need a detailing in the near future (to preserve the great work done), but Aldo, Lori and the entire Detail Doctor team have us as clients long term.

So I was hunting for a detailer near me and everything else had trash reviews but Aldo? Dude’s page was straight glow up. Called around two, asked if he could squeeze me in he did. Said four hours tops, left it there trusting he’d magic it up. Went home, came back and holy shit my beat up 2003 looked factory fresh. Seats weren’t nasty anymore, engine popping, smells so good, whole thing sparkled. I know aldo suffered to clean this car and he took care of me it Felt brand new swear to god. If you ain’t gone yet just do it, you’ll thank me. I’ll drag every friend his way.

Aldo did a tremendous job, and my car looks good as new! I was especially impressed considering I brought it in absolutely covered in black dog hair. Aldo was friendly, communicative, and made the whole process easy. Everything was spotless, fresh, and incredibly well done. Highly recommend, and I will definitely be back!

I took my 20 year old car in and Aldo went above and beyond. I wish I had gotten a before picture for a comparison because my interior looks 10 shades darker/younger again! 6 years of dog hair build up (even with ocasionally vacuuming on my own) just gone! I also got some wonderful advice and recommendations for ways to go about fixing my seats. The exterior work he did as well with waxing and cleaning the wheels and under the hood work was just fantastic. I have never seen under the hood look so fresh and clean before in the 10 years I have been driving it. I can also notice a huge difference in the air quality in my car now that years of fur and dust buildup has been stripped away and the rugs cleaned. The price is worth every dollar for his honest estimation based on what needs to be done as well as his knowledge, time and skilled labor. Thank you again so much!

Detail Doctor is a solid 10 out of 10. Scheduling was easy, and I received a reminder text the day before my appointment. I dropped off my Lexus RX350 at 10:00 a.m., and it was ready by 3:00 p.m. Aldo and his wife are a great team. They were efficient, genuinely welcoming, and took great care of both me and my car. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Aldo is a gem of a person and an even more skillful detailer! I am particular about keeping my car in top shape and Aldo is the reason I can support this obsession. He is always responsive, polite and does a stellar job! Oh, and did i mention he typically does work at an awesome price? Glad he lives in Chicago and runs an honest business.

Brought my daily in and honestly didn’t expect much since my car was not in great condition, but they completely blew me away. They took a car I use every day and made it look brand new. The attention to detail is unreal, inside and out. Paint looks refreshed, interior is spotless, and everything just feels clean and dialed in again. You can tell they actually care about their work and take pride in it. Super easy to work with, great communication, and the results speak for themselves.
