I purchased the highest "Unlimited Pro 5 Plus" monthly plan today. (What a waste) Terrible wash and vacuums. Did not clean my car well at all. Bugs were still all over the front hood, bumper, and windshield. Also had dirt spots all over from the not so "spot free" rinse. I was so so super excited especially because I just bought my 1st brand new car... I've only had the vehicle a week and thought "why not get a monthly plan" because I'll be needing it often to keep my baby nice and clean. Dude, I am so freaking mad I spent my lil extra budget on this crap car wash place. Whatever the cleaning solutions are that they offer you to clean your windows and interior are terrible and seemed watered down so they dont even clean well nor do they smell good. Said it was a citrus scent..yea right! Yall should include free air fresheners, small trashbags, and floormat papers to keep our rugs clean after using yalls weak vacuums. I wasted my hard earned money with yall, thinking yall were an honest and fair company. Never again! I will tell everyone I know this place is a joke and I hope anyone wanting to get their car washed at Take 5 in Hammond reads this first. RUN. 🏃‍♂️ 🏃‍♂️ 🏃‍♂️

Shannon was AMAZING helping me so quick today!!! I always come here with my membership and she’s always here with a big smile. I got a new car and needed my membership on this car and she got it done within 2 minutes!!! I’ve been waiting for her to be here to get this done because I knew she’d recognize me. She’s absolutely amazing to say the least !!!!!

Nathan was fantastic! I live in Arkansas, so my sticker doesn't register on Louisiana Take five car washes system. This was such a pleasant experience than what I experienced in Zachary, Louisiana from Miss Lovely. I would like a district manager to give me a call.

This is the fifth Car Wash I’ve had at the Hammond take five is something wrong with the tire shine it keeps getting all over the rim on the left side and I have told him about it and it still doing the same thing I go to the take five and Amy Louisiana and it’s fine. They have no problem with it doing that. I wish they could fix it. I have told him three different times about it. I’m sure I’m not the only one that’s having this problem. I wish they would fix it. Thank you. Other than that. I love the Car Wash
