4 stars because I chose not to have them work on my vehicle. Because of my crap insurance being allstate, I was warned that not only are they awful with paying repair bills and negotiating but I would be paying more than my deductible, which i would be ok with but just wasnt in my budget currently.. Abbey was courteous, and honest and straightforward with me throughout the entire consult and gave me insurances to switch to after the claim got settled. Clean facility and I would have chosen them if my insurance wasnt so bad and tight budget. I hope to not get into a crash for a long time but if i do and I have better insurance I will give them another try.

Excellent! I first went for some minor repairs but ended up going back recently with more significant work to be done. I'm very grateful for Abbey's advice about how to negotiate the insurance aspect of the repair process. My car came back in great shape. Highly recommend.

The Amendola family run a top flight body shop! They did beautiful work replacing my front bumper and reupolstering the driver's seat. They returned my car to me fully detailed-- an unexpected treat. I was sensitive about this job because it wasn't covered by insurance. It was worth every penny! Autoworks has also provided terrific service and value on insurance claims for me. They are extremely trustworthly.

Amazing service! Ashley went above and beyond and made sure that every part of the process was well taken care of! Initially I was offered a small replacement car, but Ashley made phone calls and I was able to switch it to something compatible with my car that was getting repairs. Autoworks was communicative, transparent, and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend!
