I spoke with these people over facebook marketplace to come look at a car for one of my kids. They seemed pretty cool at first , they asked to meet a specific time and when I got there , no one was available. No one was even there. I reach back out on facebook , and they told me that they would head over there now and I just had to wait for them. I don't know about anybody else selling things , but you should probably want to make your customer happy from get go. Making Me, wait in my car for 10 minutes. So you can tell me that you're just now headed to the shop after we had an appointment is just crazy.

I came to this location looking to pay out on a vehicle. Gene let me know my options and i instantly fell in love with my 2009 Nissan Murano. Gene was patient , VERY UNDERSTANDING & knows what he is talking about. His word is bond. When it comes to his assistant Janine(thats my girl) she is also understanding , very sweet & knows what she doing. My experience here was one of the best & i have definitely already told friends and family about this place . Shout out to the team ! 10/10 !

These people actually sold my disabled son a car without having license, has an SR22 less than a week ago and could have killed himself or someone else. The car had no manual no fluids. Don't go very unprofessional.

My stepdaughter picked a Ford Explorer from this dealer. We drove over 5 hours to purchase the vehicle. While on the test drive, the air conditioning was not working very well. Janine assured me that it worked and said maybe because it was sitting in the sun most of the morning. The air still doesn’t work very well and the TPS light keeps coming on. I’m fine with all this because of the price and that my stepdaughter is in auto mechanics. But these things really should work at purchase. Most likely we will have to fix the air as summer gets hotter. Janine was very nice and helpful trying to get us back on the road as soon as possible. I would recommend this dealership

The vehicle was 36k miles above what they listed it for online, and was missing features like Bluetooth that were also on the listing. For that reason, I managed to get all of 100 off the asking price. The process of buying the car itself was in a terribly organized office. after 100 miles a check engine light came on, leading to expensive repairs that far exceed the value of the vehicle. Further, the staff simply forgot to send in the documents to get the vehicle titled in my name. When I first called they blamed it on the DMV being slow, the second time they admitted to never sending the documents at all. so while I'm trying to sell this brick of a car for scrap, I technically don't even own it so I have to wait for this belated paperwork issue. Around $6000 total down the drain and nothing to show for it. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

We we're there to get my son a vehicle and he was able to get a nice Hyundai Elantra with low mileage for a good price. These guys were very attentive and helpful.

Purchased a 2006 Ford expedition with 128000 miles. Truck looked good and sales person comes off as friendly and honest. within day's of purchase I found out truck had transmission problems, needed a catalytic converter, few other problems. Warranty company sold to me by them denied claim on transmission. Auto space refused to help me. I know when you purchase used vehicles it's sold as is, but I was told that codes were erased to hide problems. Just not fair. Buyers be careful
