Literally wish I could give them all the stars because they really are the best here! Super nice and very accommodating especially when it comes to needing a rental. I would recommend them to anyone I know needing a fix on their car, or to anyone that’s considering it. They do a fantastic job every time (I’ve seen my in laws cars be fixed here and they come out looking brand new) as well as they detail your car so nicely when its time for pick up. Again I’d choose them over any body shop in RI ☺️ (before and after photos shown)

Providence Auto Body is absolutely amazing! The staff is professional, friendly, and truly helpful. They make you feel comfortable right away and take great pride in their work. If you have had an accident or need any auto body repairs, I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle here. They do excellent work and treat their customers with kindness and respect.

I've gone to Providence Auto a couple of times now and every time the experience is nothing short of excellent. The work itself is flawless - my cars have come back looking impeccable. Everyone at Providence Auto Body went above and beyond when my daughter was in an accident this past January. They were so kind, helpful and reassuring throughout the entire process! They communicated well and often to us, letting us know our options. I’m so glad we chose them to work with!

I don’t even know where to start. I got into another accident and of course I went to Providence autobody. You can’t rush perfection and perfection is what you get when you go to Providence auto body; from the day you call, to the second you pick up, and any day in between or after if you have a question or concern. I didn’t have a big accident this time, but my car came back as if it were brand new. They went above and beyond and filled in every little spec I had from whether it was a chip from salt or a rock. They literally just took care of everything without any ask. Don’t get me started on the detailing because I don’t even think brand new wrapped looks as good as this. I just felt so taken care of and seen. I kissed my car when I got her back and I could’ve kissed every single person that worked on it and communicated with me.

Five star service from a five star auto body shop. Our minivan was badly damaged from a deer collision. PAB took care of the entire process including appraisal, insurance, and a rental and returned a pristine vehicle to us only a few short weeks later! We could barely recognize our car when we got it back. The entire car was cleaned inside and out. They even detailed the interior of our family minivan! Well done Providence Auto Body! You've definitely lived up to your outstanding reputation.

England. All I did was pull up get one of the guys to come out I believe was dave. And explain to me the process I signed some paperwork the next day they had me come and pick up a brand new Rent-A-Car. This was all definitely beyond my expectations thanks to Nikki Ortega. Who is definitely an angel sent from heaven. She made this process for me so outstanding and easy. And with everything that I was going through she made it perfect for me thank you so much. Everybody in the office is also outstanding. The guys that do all the work and the body shop also excellent excellent I can't go any further. I write a lot of reviews but this one definitely has me forclempt...I know that God always puts the right people in my life when I need it the most. Thank You P.A.B. but most importantly Nikki Ortega. You know this that you will always be in my prayers.
