Went in. They were great. They couldn't get the part until Friday. Turns out with it being the 4th of July weekend things got delayed. They had given me a loaner and comped it out..Got my car back the following week. They were very professional, knowledgeable and honest. I will use them again if needed. Mr. Mike took care of the car, Ryan took care of service management Jessica took care of making things flow. I feel bad I don't remember the name of the other great lady that helped me

Had a really good experience here. Everyone had a uniform on and seemed like a positive team. Terry was excellent with communication and treated me like a friend. Corey took me back to show me what was wrong with my car. Corey was really easy to talk to and seemed passionate about cars. Definitely felt good having my car in the hands of people who seemed to like their jobs and were excited to be there. It felt like I took my car to an actual doctor. Will definitely be returning and was totally impressed with this place. Cool to hear they have multiple locations too. Nice gem of a local business in Racine.

I remember when I first moved to this area I searched mechanics near me to see what ones were the best around me. Righteous popped up and I thought let me try them. I'm happy I did! I've been coming here ever since. Whenever I drop my car off Terry always gets me squared away. He answers all my questions and let's me know whatevers going on with my car. River was working today as well and I just wanted to come on here and write a review about how much I appreciate these guys!! I also appreciate that they have their hours back to Saturdays being available too. That works for me and my husband when we can't get our cars in during a weekday due to work. And I'm sure other people can relate too. But thank you Righteous!!

What is love about Righteous is their customer service! Sheri, Jess, and/or River keep me up to date on the work being done. I love that I can text with them for the information. I’ve seen Corey/Cory (technician) come up from the back to help an older woman to go over her vehicle and share what was being done. He was extremely kind and informative. I trust their technicians because they made sure my rear differential was good after two faulty bearings. They also completed maintenance work faster than expected.

The manager she was very professional and knowledgeable about customer needs. The mechanics and other workers are really respectful and understanding. The manager she should get a raise and workers should get a bonus. This auto place have good mechanics and very professional service. 1/10 I give them a 10. Haven't seen a place like this in along time. Thanks for serving our area.

Took my car in for a grand opening sale price oil change. Since I was there, I asked them to check on a rattle under my car. I was quoted close to a $2,000 dollar repair for "definitely" bad struts. Took my car to another shop, that I had frequently used, for second opinion. The repair needed ended up being less than $300 for sway bar repair, nowhere near $2,000 quote by Righteous Auto Care. The unsettling thing was, at the counter, the woman was telling another customer not to go to that particular shop where I ended up getting service. I heard her tell the customer that the work there wasn't as good as their's at Righteous. My point is 1. Always get a second opinion, discrepancies can happen anywhere, not faulting Righteous completely. 2. What bothered me most was the clerk telling a customer in front of others not to use a specific repair shop. I don't know, it just didn't sit well with me. Maybe because I had great work and fair prices done before at the shop she degraded. Regarding the reply to my post from Righteous Auto Repair: 👍 Kudos to you for your response to my concerns, especially the steps taken to improve the incident at the counter. Thank you.
