*Huge* shoutout to Michelle at Redmond Auto Salon! I had an excellent experience thanks to her. She was friendly, super knowledgeable, and incredibly *thorough* -- from start to finish. When I picked up my car, it was spotless. It looked amazing, even while sitting four floors underground 😅. The Full Service Detail was exactly the level of clean I was looking for. Really appreciated Michelle setting clear expectations at drop-off, and am geniuinely blown away at how they'd exceeded those expectations at pick-up. I'll definitely be back by summertime for an express detail and possibly 1 or 2 add-ons. My car hasn't ridden this smoothly in a while. Needless to say, I won't be trusting my car with another auto salon anytime soon. Highly recommend!

They care more about my truck than I do! They do an incredible job. I mostly park outside with black paint that can show a lot of dirt and they did a ceramic coat that they top-up every year. It’s 3 years in and still looks amazing. Alex did an awesome job on this year’s coat. Highly recommend the detailing service and or ceramic.

They did a fantastic job on my Audi A4. I believe the price is reasonable price given the fact that they specialize with premium cars, make sure to not scratch or ruin the car in any way, and they did exterior and interior with what seemed like premium products to restore the car if there is any damage or sun damage. I think if you have a non-premium car and want something more affordable there are other options out there. They did exterior and interior and the car looks brand new. If money is not an issue and you care about your car looking 10/10 come here. Great service. They were very thorough with explaining everything and they were very polite.

I went here for the first time, I got the $99 package. Drop off was easy, Michelle at the front desk is an absolute joy. My car was done well within the time frame I asked for. And my car is so nice and clean inside and out. I highly recommend!

Did a Wash & Wax for my RAM 1500. They did a really good job, the truck didn't look this good in a long time. Dropped it off early in the morning and it was done around lunch time. Pretty happy with the work and the service.

Ratings here are quite accurate. Its a pretty basic wash. Its quite simple, if you come for car wash, you expect a basic wash. My car had spots of dirt which were not getting removed by the machine car wash, which is why I wanted to get it hand cleaned. They didn't do anything about it and upon asking why are the spots(quite easily wipeable by hands) not removed they said they don't do that in basic wash. So basically they don't clean your car at all. Also, I checked all the wash tiers, none of them had any mention about cleaning or not cleaning the dirt of the surface of the car. I am not asking for any extra detailing on the exterior, but a basic spotless wash. Would give 0 if I can

I can't speak to the experiences of the low ratings, but I've always found the wash/details here to be done well. The staff at the front-desk are always "out-of-their-way" friendly which is really nice as well.
