Planet Car Wash

You know I really liked going there. It was easy. I thought it was somewhat worth it and with the offer with the towels and all, but it’s not worth it when they just brushed the window one time they don’t really take care on spraying off the car, they do one side if there’s only one person and two people they may just scrub at the front a little and don’t even spray it. They need to be consistent and spray the entire car, scrub the front and the window like it should be on each car. If it takes a little time that’s fine. Everybody will be happy, but I canceled my membership and I won’t ever go back.

[Edit] 7/08/26 Joseph took care of this issue today by replacing the whole mirror. I have changed the rating appropriately. Thanks Joseph. Approx 3/7/25 Broke my mirror. We confirmed it on the video. Upon contact and contact I could not get them to fix it. If we could find the part it would have been ok with me but, they threw it in the trash. I called multiple times and left a message. Never call back. So I drove in to speak with them and they assure me they are taking care of it. It’s been over a year. Never a word from planet car wash to rectify anything

I can't recommend this place highly enough. The owner Dan greeted us while we were in line and offered to get our kids OtterPops. His grandson was also helping run the car wash. Excellent customer service and ended up getting the monthly membership.

Better than most places I've tried, but not super great. There rear window, and mirrors are still dirty every time, despite having the highest tier subscription, and it never dries very well, leaving water spots if I don't park and dry it myself. But because it's close by and does a better job than anything else nearby, I just live with it along with some permanent frustration.

Quick easy. Towels available to dry vehicle. Vacuums work great. Good price. Good air freshener selection

Great new car wash by the Upland Colonies! The service here is great and the machinery is top of the line. I always have issues with the tire rims getting cleaned and this is the only car wash that cleans them thoroughly, plus they are eco friendly with recycling their water and solar power. It's also conveniently located next to the 210 freeway off the Campus exit, I highly recommend Planet Car Wash!

Have had my membership for a while now and I think this place is great. In the summer they were passing out otter pops to kids and they give out dog treats to my dog. Of the five minutes it takes to go through the car wash and the 15 minutes of cleaning I do inside my car and a little bit of drying on the outside, it feels like a great deal to me. I was taking my car to a different car wash where they did a good job but it was costing me 40-50 every time I went and now I pay like 30 a month, and can go whenever I want. Also, I went to drive through Saturday AM and they were closed due to an electrical issue. It’s the first time since they opened that I have had that happen. Since I was a member, they sent me a $10 gift card for the inconvenience. They have impeccable service. Makes it hard to want to go anywhere else unless you need a full detail on the inside and don’t want to do it yourself.
