The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. They took the time to address every detail, leaving my car looking brand new inside and out. The exterior shine was flawless, and they managed to remove stubborn stains from the exterior that I thought were permanent. I appreciated how they went above and beyond to ensure every nook and cranny was cleaned to perfection. I put this company up to a job that multiple other car detailing companies declined to even take on. There was an entire can of white paint spilled in the back of my suv and I was devastated. Never thought there would be a chance of getting it out. Edwin and his crew accepted the job, gave a quote and a time frame of 3-4 hours to complete. Let’s just say it was a far bigger job than that, and not only did Edwin and his staff work countless hours (2 days) to complete, he stuck to his promised price and did top notch work. Professional, flexible and their communication throughout was exceptional. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality, honest, top notch work. They did an awesome job on my SUV and quickly too!! Going to take my car here from now on. They validate your garage parking, which is a nice touch!

Absolute horrible service I do not recommend. My car was visible still dirty after the wash. My windshield was damaged it has scratches all over it, my entire car has scratches all over it! It looks like they crash my car because it has red paint on it. Customer service is horrible instead of taking responsibility Jacob and his assistant want to accuse me of damaging my own car.

I’ve been using Jacob’s for a few years now and they always do an incredible job every single time. I could not recommend this detailer more, I recommend them to everyone I know. I’ve seen them work on $500k cars to Corollas and the quality is just as good every time, so anyone can trust them with their cars!
