Hector Knows his stuff , Have had one of the best experiences talking with him about detailing vehicles an it’s more then just washing . He is Very knowledgeable about his craft . Would recommend for anyone who is tryna have their vehicle protected an taken care of the right way. Will be recommending to family an friends . In the pictures he left my car looking like a piece of glass mirroring the world on its body . 2024 trail blazer 7000 miles but he made it pop even more . Thank you Hector.

Extremely unprofessional experience. I paid for a service that was promised, and after the payment was sent the communication completely stopped. My messages were ignored and I was eventually blocked with no explanation and no service provided. Taking someone’s money and then disappearing is unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. Businesses should be transparent, responsive, and deliver what they advertise. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before sending any payment.

I was a long time customer of Hectors since 2022. I did like his work which is why I stayed loyal to him. Little by little the prices kept going up for the wash and each time he said it needed more and more work and this is usually when he had a partner to help him. I would even clean out the car and vacuum before he got there but he would still say the same thing yet I still remained a loyal customer. Today he hit my limit and gave me an outrageous price he said he had to cancel another customer. so I am paying for me and that customer I guess. He said he understood if after this I leave which shows me he did not care I was a loyal customer. It was upsetting and disappointing. I will not be using him anymore or referring him out. What was even worse was the disrespectful text messages he was sending and threats. I could not believe he treated me this way. He never communicated with me he was changing his price to almost double and he did nothing different with my car. He provided the same service just upped his price. I did not know he was doing that and I had asked him in the past to let me know when he does this so I can decide to move forward. Which he failed to do then expects me just to agree to his price whenever he feels like changing it without telling me. Be careful and make sure he communicates with you.

I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service! Hector did such an amazing job, he really focused on all the small details. He was able to get out stains from my car i didn’t think would come off. My car interior has never looked so good! Definitely looking forward to regular maintenance.
