I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. Rudy was professional, courteous, and kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. He made everything easy by taking care of the return of my rental car and ensuring I was informed every step of the way. From the moment I walked in and was greeted at the front desk to the day I picked up my truck, every staff member was kind, helpful, and easy to talk to. The customer service was excellent, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Caliber Collision and appreciate the outstanding service from Rudy and the whole team.

Ray was great. He was handling a windshield installation and was very transparent with me about not only the difficulties of repairing my car but also the common issues that occur during his process due to having a hard top convertible. He had extensive knowledge of my exact car, knew about internal OEM parts and already had backup plans before I arrived if the factory clips inside my drivers side pillar cracked due to the heat in AZ. Ray gave me a lot of assurance, walked me through the process start to finish and even brought a part into the lobby so I could see exactly what the problem was he was fixing. He gave me multiple options and let me choose what I thought would be best for installation and for my insurance. Very friendly staff, the receptionist made sure I had snacks while I waited and they even offered a shuttle for me to go home for the repair. Would definitely recommend this business just for overall transparency and honesty. I would much rather a technician tell me possible challenges and give me a list of solutions then make a false promise everything will be perfect and leave me disappointed after. I wasn’t worried because of how confident he seemed. Ray was honest, well prepared and professional. Super cool dude too.

From start to finish the customer service with Ms. Dawn and Rudy were amazing! Communication on cost, repair and completed delivery of my vehicle was accurate and within time frame requested. Efficient service and communication throughout the repair process, and my car was ready four days earlier than anticipated. The last repair shop my insurance company sent me to didn't match the paint on my red car very well at all. For this latest repair on my black car, the paint matching is perfect. Highly recommend!

I had an incredible experience with Caliber Collision. Everyone there has been helpful through the whole process. Keith, the estimator at the Gilbert location, has been wonderful to work with. He kept me up to date with the whole process and answered any questions I’ve had. I had to return my vehicle for a small repair (covered by the warranty) and Keith was accommodating to get it fixed. I would recommend to anyone going through any collision repairs.
