Great experience.. my bmw was in a fender bender and they gave me a great quote to fix it with very fair price for all new oem parts. Worked with the insurance company for the driver at fault with no issues. Their timeline for the job was accurate and on time .. work was flawless. I’d recommend them and use them again the entire team was awesome.

I had an extremely unprofessional experience with Jupiter Auto Body, specifically with the manager, Austin. I brought my truck in for what was essentially a small dent repair. Before any work began, I repeatedly attempted to contact the shop to discuss the estimate and authorize repairs, but nobody answered my calls and no estimate was ever properly provided to me. Despite never approving a $4,500 repair, they proceeded with unnecessary work anyway. When I objected and explained that I had never agreed to the repairs, I was effectively told I had no choice but to continue with the process or they would begin "scraping stuff off" my truck. I actually had to plead with the manager not to damage my vehicle. In the end, I felt pressured into paying $1,500 for a repair I never authorized and never wanted handled this way. To make matters worse, Austin told me he would notify me when the truck was ready for pickup, but never did. Because of that lack of communication, I missed my vehicle’s next scheduled appointment. This entire experience felt coercive, disorganized, and deeply unprofessional. I have already reported this shop to my insurance company as a business I do not believe should be recommended to customers. I would strongly caution others to get every estimate, authorization, and communication in writing before trusting this shop with their vehicle.

From the minute we walked in, Andi (Andrea) made us feel comfortable about bringing my Challenger for repair. She set us up with Mark who was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and who educated us on what would need to be done to fix my car. We received a written estimate the same day within hours. We have decided to go with them based on our experience so far and on the other excellent reviews online. I’ll update once my car is done🙂 UPDATE: Brought my car in on appt date. Parts were there. My car was finished within a couple of hours. Fantastic job! AND at less than 1/2 the price "guesstimated" by other popular auto collision company in town! Highly recommend for auto body work 🚗

Jupiter Auto body did a great job on my daughter's jeep. They handled all the issues with the insurance and payment on our behalf and the car was ready on time. Highly recommend them.

If I could give more stars I would. From my first phone call to Andi who was so helpful, kind and understanding until the day I picked my car up everything was flawless. Customer Service, professionalism and knowledge beyond compare. They helped me with making the claim with the insurance carrier and listened to every concern I had. This car is my baby and that’s exactly how they treated everything. They kept me updated with everything that was going on along the way and when I picked up my car she looked absolutely perfect. I would recommend Austin, Gustavo, Alex, Andi and Mark 100% for anyone who loves their car and wants someone they can trust to work in it. Anything from muscle cars to the high end beauties they were also working on Jupiter Auto Body is hands down the BEST!!!!!!! Thanks Guys!
