I had my 4Runner tuxedo wrapped by Elevated Restyling, and they did an amazing job! The wrap looks absolutely beautiful and really transformed my car. Their communication was excellent, and everyone I spoke with was professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend anyone considering vehicle customization or wraps to give them a try, don’t let one bad review keep you away. My experience was nothing but positive, and I can’t say enough good things about their attention to detail and customer service. Of course, it’s just a matter of time to see how the wrap holds up, but I feel confident that if I ever need to reach out for warranty or follow-up work, they’ll take care of me. Absolutely fantastic work. My kids absolutely destroyed my 2019 Ford Flex SEL all-wheel-drive. They brought it back to showroom quality new. There’s nobody else I would recommend more. Professional service, detail oriented and on time. They deliver what they say they’re going to do. My only disappointment is I can’t give them 10 stars. They will be my go to from now on.

Jordan and the Elevated Restyling team transformed my Jeep Wrangler's awesome firecracker red into an even awesomer yellow. They told me it would look like paint, and they weren't kidding! The job took a while, but only because they went the extra mile. The outside, the inside, every hinge, every nook and cranny, under the grille... they covered over the red on every fiddly little bit and it came out looking spectacular.

They did an excellent job tinting my windows. They are very knowledgeable about the industry and gave great recommendation on what tint I should get. I am very pleased at the outcome of my car. I would recommend very Professional. I am thinking about coming back to get my car wrapped!

Went to these guys to get the Ram tinted and it came out bada**. Umberto is a hard working, well-rounded guy. He cares about the quality of his work and his employees. 5 star recommendation on any kind of vehicle customization! Give them a call, they are always willing to work with you!

11/10 entire process from scheduling to pick up was smooth as can be. The tint job looks amazing. I couldn't be happier with these guys and there work. I will be bringing some of our work trucks here to get tinted as well!

My Experience with Elevated Restyling has been Absolutely Disappointing - Update To The Owners response. I appreciate the fact that you are a Veteran-owned business and value your family's service to this country, which was one of the reasons I originally chose your company. Clarifications and Corrections I would like to address a few misrepresentations in your response and provide some clarifications. Vehicle Drop-off and Expectations Both vehicles were dropped off on December 3, 2024. The Yukon was scheduled to be completed by the 10th or 11th of December, and the Corvette was to be finished by the end of the week of December 16, 2024. I have these dates documented in emails and texts from Rebecca. Issues with the Denali The Denali was driven less than 15 minutes and placed in a heated garage for approximately 24 hours. I immediately noticed the miscut parts and informed you and Jason right away. Crooked and miscut pieces are not related to cold temperatures or ceramic curing. This was my primary concern with the Denali: knowingly installing defective parts and shipping it regardless. The photos of the Denali, despite the peeling, clearly demonstrate the issues. Concerns with the Corvette Once I noticed the poor quality of the Yukon’s work, I contacted Elevated and expressed my hope that the Corvette would not have the same issues. Rebecca assured me it would be done correctly, and I have corresponding texts and emails. I arranged a meeting for Monday, December 23, to personally inspect the car, considering the Yukon's condition. The situation was dire. Bert acknowledged the numerous errors, stating that most of the PPF needed to be removed. At this point, my confidence in Elevated's ability to correctly apply PPF to these vehicles was shattered. In a subsequent written communication, I requested that you cease work, remove the PPF, and allow me to retrieve my car, which had been at your shop for 21 days by then. Your response suggested potential additional charges for removing the faulty PPF, which I have documented and can share if needed. Finally, I arranged to have the car removed from your shop and was unable to retrieve it until December 27, 2024—26 days after the initial drop-off. Request for Refunds I requested a fair refund for the Yukon, which was denied, and you have also refused any refund for the Corvette. No offer of any refund has been given by Elevated Restyling. Personal and Community Impact As a longtime business owner in this community, I understand how projects can go awry and what is required to resolve such issues properly and prudently. However, Elevated Restyling seems unwilling to make amends. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend your services to anyone based on the photographic evidence of the work performed. My 91-year-old mother, who has never posted a review in her life, felt compelled to share her opinion after seeing the photos and reading my account, which speaks volumes. Conclusion I would like to correct your opening statement by noting that there are actually three sides to every story: yours, mine, and the truth. The truth is apparent in the undeniable photos of the work Elevated Restyling performed on both vehicles. These pictures speak for themselves. It is not my intent to harm your business but to prevent others from having a similar experience. Update. No offers of any refunds from Elevated. Few more detail photos of the poor workmanship.
