I want to be clear that I’m reviewing the communication, not the actual work — I’m sure their wrap work is great. However, I called three times yesterday, and the phone was off each time. I even waited until later in the day to try again, and although the phone rang that time, it went to voicemail. I left a text asking how much it would cost to wrap my front bumper, and now it’s been over a day with no response. Unfortunately, this isn’t a great first impression. I just wanted to share my experience for anyone else considering wrap services — communication matters too.

I am visiting Bismarck from Albuquerque and decided to replace my hood decal. I was lucky to find Custom Stripes Automotive Graphics & Signworx! Skip, the owner, is an amazing talent! He took my design idea and turned it into a RAM-a-Lisa! His work is 5-STAR!

We have been using Custom Stripes for a few years now. Our vehicles decals are lasting quite a bit longer than the last company we were using. He laminate the decals. Many do not.

Feel like I got ripped off. Bought a 2015 odes dominator. Put about 20 miles on it, now it's been sitting at the dealer for 3 weeks waiting for parts. They promise the world to you when you buy from them, but haven't been able to use my $13,000 toy for the whole spring. Can't even tell me how long I have to wait.
