We hired Bayou Graphics to wrap our commercial work van because reliability and professionalism matter to our business. We even paid an extra $1,000 just to get scheduled sooner so our vehicle could get back on the road to advertise our flooring company. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a mistake. Within a week, the wrap was already peeling and bubbling in multiple areas. We’ve now had to take the van back twice for repairs, losing our service vehicle for a week each time, and the issues still are not fully fixed. See pictures below. Communication after payment has been just as disappointing. Kurt, our salesperson, showed very little care or urgency once problems started, never returning our text messages or calls, and Sarah — the only person who answers the phone — told us a manager would call us back after we picked up our vehicle for the THIRD time this past Saturday. We are still waiting for that call. For a company advertising professional installation services and a 2-year warranty, this experience has been unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone if asked. Regrettably, - Flooring Materials Plus ***Update - 2 Weeks since our review, and no one from the company has reached out to fix this issue.

I recently had Bayou Graphics wrap my 2014 Black RAM 1500 in a stunning powder blue, and I couldn't be happier! The contrast against the black paint is absolutely eye-catching, turning heads wherever I go. The service was truly first-class, with a fast turnaround time that exceeded my expectations. Best in the business! You won't regret your experience! After buying a vehicle with decals I didn't want, I went here for decal removals. The service was extremely fast; I wasn't there for more than an hour, and the staff was courteous and professional. They removed my decals, and it doesn't look like they were there. They also found two decals I wanted to add to my vehicle and put them on. I am delighted with the outcome! Highly recommend working with Bayou Graphics for your vehicle decals/wraps.

We LOVE our new wrap! Bayou Graphix was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout this whole process. I'd especially like to thank Melissa for walking us through everything and being patient while we tried to coordinate our vehicles being out of service while they were being wrapped. I'd also like to give Mike a shout out for bringing our design ideas to life! As far as the installers...you guys are awesome! We're very pleased with everything and look forward to having the rest of our fleet wrapped soon!

I paid a deposit to Bayou Graphics Corporation for a commercial vehicle graphics project. Prior to payment, communication was prompt. After the deposit was received, the project experienced repeated delays, missed timelines, and inconsistent follow-up. Despite providing all requested materials and following up over several months, no completed or usable design deliverables were provided. I requested a refund multiple times and did not receive one, which ultimately forced me to pursue a credit card dispute. This was a disappointing experience.

They took $3,000 from me to letter my 2 vans and now won’t answer the phone, won’t answer text and won’t answer email. It’s been almost 4 weeks & I don’t even have a design proof to look at. Just nothing but excuses. When you call the main number the woman in charge of answering is Sarah and she is always aloof. Never answers the phone during business hours even if you call repeatedly, even if you text or email her she’s just completely unresponsive. I’ve been begging to be refunded so I can move on and get my vans lettered by a place interested in actually doing the job they contracted for and they are just avoiding me. At this point, they are stealing from me and I will be taking legal action.
