Pésimo servicio 3 semanas esperando un pedido que quedó de estar listo en 8 días me urgía y confié a la semana 2 me regresan mi depósito pero me aseguran que a la semana estará mi pedido y resulta que palabra no tienen no me hicieron nada sin justificación alguna Si no tienen ganas de trabajar y no son de palabra no se porque se echan compromisos que no pueden cumplir

I chose this company because I wanted to support a local business and needed business cards completed for an upcoming real estate development conference. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I paid approximately $75 for 250 business cards that were supposed to be printed double-sided on premium stock. The order was not completed as promised, and the delays left me without the cards I needed for an important networking event. What makes this especially frustrating is that I could have ordered from numerous online printing companies and received the cards on time. Instead, I trusted a local vendor and ended up scrambling at the last minute. The quality of customer service and communication did not meet my expectations, particularly given the time-sensitive nature of the order. Business cards are often the first impression professionals make, and failing to deliver them as promised can have real consequences. I believe businesses should be held accountable for meeting their commitments. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Just placed an order for dtf gang sheet for a memorial shirt. Great quality of photo image colors are very vibrant. Also turn around time is so quick. I'm glad they changed their hours too. Great customer service attention always willing to support.

We had memorial shirts made, Jose was above and beyond anything we expected. He took a grainy photo from the 90's and made it look like a professional photo printed right onto our shirts. He kept in contact through the process and finished our order fast! Beyond grateful and thankful to have found Graphics IE!!

Loving the work Graphics IE was able to provide with quick turnaround time. Jose was very easy to work with my needs and had no problem making some revisions to make the logo pop out more. Jose even went out of his way to make a small batch for those that missed the initial order ! 10/10 I would recommend to anyone for your custom shirts and more ! I’ll be back for more work in the future !!!
