Excellent service and finished product. A new life has been breathed into my old furniture. I had several pieces collected over the years that I wanted to use in our new "to us" MCM home. Hobbs was wonderful to work with and the two gentlemen that assisted in pickup and delivery were friendly and got the job done with a smile. Excellent experience, and we are thrilled with the reupholstered chairs!

Hobbs and crew have recovered 2 chairs and a sofa for me over the past 7 years. Recently they made a window seat cushion and seat cushion for a rocking chair. This company is professional, knowledgeable and the workmanship is high quality. I highly recommend Upholstery Charlotte.

My "new chairs and ottoman" look fabulous! After more than 20 years, I decided to reupholster them and selected Reuphostry Charlotte to complete this project. They responded to my inquiries promptly, scheduled the work and completed it in a reasonable timeframe. Hobbs was great to work with and kept me updated on the progress. I'm so happy with the completed job, I'm going to schedule them to reupholster another chair for me later this spring.

So, my parents had a mid-century wing back sitting chair w/ the butterfly armrest. It’s 2-3 years older than me (I’m 57). My wife & I finally completed the restoration of it. After the wood was reworked and refastened over a year ago, we had Reupholstery Charlotte come in to reupholster the chair in leather, including replacing & reupholstering the seat cushion. They’ve done multiple projects for me and it’s always been great. Good communication from start to finish. They rebuilt couch cushions for the back of one of my couches and completely recovered another one. It’s high quality work, reasonable pricing and excellent customer service. I wanted to fix up my late father’s 40 yr-old recliner for our baby’s nursery and the Reupholstery Charlotte team did such an incredible job not only with the chair itself but by handling such a largely sentimental piece with care. I can’t wait for my family to enjoy this for another 40+ years!

We recently had our 7 year old oversized sectional reupholstered through Reupholstery Charlotte. They were very professional and super responsive from the time I inquired about their services to the selection of fabric and removal of the couch. The process took about five weeks, but saved us so much money over buying new for a similar-sized couch. I couldn’t believe how expensive it would have been to purchase something of the same size today. We were able to select a new, updated fabric and change the couch from its original slip-cover version to a clean, fitted sofa. We LOVE the results and Hobbs, and the other gentleman who delivered it back to us, made sure everything was just how we wanted it before they left. I highly recommend their services and will absolutely use them again in the future. 100% satisfied!!
