Amazing job doing my 1999 Land Rover defender. Octavius was very fair and knowledgeable. I showed him a photo of what I wanted and he got down to the details every stitch was exactly how I wanted it to be. Took the truck to a whole new level. I could not be more happy. New faux leather, New carpet, new headliner, all the plastics dyed from grey to black.

This company is AMAZING!!! Dropped my vehicle interior piece off by 9am and it was ready by exactly 1pm (same day), in extraordinary condition. The armrest in my vehicle cracked terribly, and it's a Toyota Rav4 2022, and Octavius made it look better than it did when I first purchased the vehicle. Hands down, this place is the BEST! He did an amazing job on my wake Boat seat engine cover. I hit him up last minute to fix a tear, he told me he was very busy but would squeeze it in. I dropped it off, we talked for a few minutes and he was very personable. We confirmed the color he needed to order, I put half the amount down. Less than 2 weeks later he called me to let me know it was done! I would 100% use him again if need be!

Absolutely disappointed. I paid for a new top and the installation was wrong that caused a tear in the convertible top. I brought it back and the owner colored the tear with black marker. He further told me to drive it until a new top came in and "I'll take care of you no worries." After a year of being put off he futher told me I would have to pay and pretty much that it was my fault. I feel as a women I was taken advantage of. Do not come here.

Excellent service. Excellent character. Quality work. Left my s2000 with them overnight. Had the full top replaced by the next day. Will be returning again for future projects.

Octavius was really friendly and professional. He did an absolutely beautiful job fixing the front seat of my 2014 Honda with leather. And he was absolutely nice enough to not charge me when I actually ordered the wrong shade. He happened to have the right shade in stock and use that and my car is perfect!!! Prices are absolutely and his work is amazing!! Looks brand new! 😁

The best upholstery shop in Fayetteville hands-down! This is a very professional shop that knows what they are doing. I am very skeptical and picky when it comes to my classic cars but I took a chance with my 1986 Monte Carlo SS and wow, how impressed I was with the results! With the outstanding price that I was quoted, I did not have high expectations however, my expectations were far exceeded. They were able to finish my entire interior from the headliner to the seats and even a custom console with custom lighting throughout the car In less than two weeks! At this point, I would not let any other shop touch any of my cars except for How You Want It Upholstery!
