I had a great experience getting my car fixed after a car accident. The woman who works the front, I think her name is Charity, was super helpful in communicating with me and going through insurance when there was a bunch of delays. She did all the background work in coordinating with them and then updating me and made everything run so much smoother. The work on the car was excellent as well and price was as expected. Highly recommend anyone to come here.

The shop did a phenomenal job on a minor scratch and dent on my tailgate. It was in and out of the shop quickly, and the pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend Gresham Autobody Pros!

My experience with Gresham Autobody Pros and Charity was great! She was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to tell her painter so they could keep the cost very minimal compared to what I was quoted from another shop in Portland. On my Jeep Grand Cherokee I was wanting my left rear door below the chrome trim refinished due to paint peeling. Charity got me scheduled right away and the results were great! I am very happy. Very glad I found this place. If you need major or minor damage fixed this is the place to go. Easy drop off and pick up…. Thank you for your help and getting me squared away.

I wasn’t optimistic about going to get my truck fixed because most mechanics are a bit shady. However when I went to this place to get my truck serviced I was extremely impressed on how incredible the communication and service was. For context; I had a previous dent that was unrelated to the damage I went in for. My trim had also fallen off my drivers door. My positive experience with this place was doubled because they had taken the time to buff out the ugly paint on said dent and reapplied my trim to my door for FREE. I deeply admire this shop because of how honest and helpful they are when going through this experience. The damage I went in for was fixed expertly and fast. This place is just goes above and beyond!

I highly recommend Gresham Autobody Pros! They did a fantastic job repairing my car after I was rear-ended in 2024. Unfortunately, I found myself in need of their services again at the beginning of the year. Charity is INCREDIBLE! She continuously provided me with updates on my car, and advocated on my behalf when dealing with the at-fault party's insurance. My car was deemed a total loss, which was very overwhelming for me. Charity and Omar were so kind to me during this process. They removed my license plates for me, and gave me privacy to remove everything from my car. I owned this car for ten years, and it held a lot of meaning for me, so I really appreciated the kind treatment they showed me. The at-fault party's insurance has become extremely difficult to deal with. Despite the fact that my car could not be repaired, Charity has not stopped advocating for me with the insurance company. I truly appreciate all of their help. I really hope I won't need their services again, but if I do, I know where to take my car.
