Brought my GMC 3500 truck in for a dent in the upper part of the tailgate.... I very difficult location to work on.... Was hoping the could fix the dent, but was expecting to have to buy a new upper tailgate. Carlos not only fixed the dent by hand, he perfectly matched the paint (a very hard to match deep red).... Multiple people we unable to locate the previous dent. I also had a sliding bed cover (installed by a different business) that was binding up & not freely moving. Carlos noticed the installer had assembled it wrong, took the cover off the truck, assembled it correctly, & reinstalled it. It now moves freely & smoothly. The prices they charged me were very reasonable, & Carlos always showed me what he was going to do beforehand, & then again afterward to make sure I was satisfied. I very rarely write reviews, but I am very impressed with Gresham Collision Repair, & strongly recommend them.

I was rear ended and Marlana & team here did a wonderful job. They handled all the repair, dealing with the insurance estimator, and the rental contracts. Very happy with my experience! Plus, the work they provided comes with their warranty as well. They also handled all the repairs quickly which was extremely important for me since I’m using the vehicle to move across US soon.

Awesome customer service. Kept me informed every step. Fast and quality work. Went in for a quick job and they did not disappoint. Took way less time then expected, was way less then originally quoted and even vacuumed out the car as an added bonus. A+ shop.

I had significant damage to my vehicle, both front and back. Gresham Collision repair made my vehicle look factory new. Prior to repair they provided me a detailed, itemized and explanatory quote. Their prices were reasonable, their customer service was extraordinary, and they honored their repair timeline and even finished early . Both Marlana, the office manager, and Carlos the owner treated me as if I were their only and best customer. I hope to not have to bring my vehicle to them again, but if I will do so with the full confidence of knowing they will do a fantastic job.
