I chose VRS Upholstery to reupholster my parent's couch after reading reviews. They have been in business for a long time and there seemed to be a lot of return business. I wasn't disappointed. I got a couple of other quotes and VRS seemed very reasonable, with pick up/delivery included. Romeo assisted my parents in choosing an appropriate fabric and delivered the couch within the time frame promised. The results were beautiful!

VRS Upholstery has brought our furniture back to life for about 30 years. Romeo and his staff redid our family sofa 4 times and other pieces several times. They have set the bar for service and quality. Now, his son, Aaron is taking over and the great service continues.

Not only is the quality poor, but the owner talks down to his clients, workers, etc., and makes them feel bad for even calling him. What!!!!!! I would never go back to this company because I wouldn't want anyone wasting their money or having such a poor experience. I gave one star just to be able to review, but this company deserves no stars. If you need an upholster, a good one, that is professional and outstanding quality, I found one- Bob's!

I have had numerous pieces reupholstered and refinished for both home and business by Romeo and his team since 1992 and have never been disappointed. Great workmanship, honest and reasonable prices! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Customer service is great. Please talk to Romeo, the owner. They've been in the business since 1992. He's working in the stuffing of our sofa that my dog got into.

Quality of the covers was great. Unfortunately they gave me the wrong foam, promised to replace it, then ghosted me. Not good business practices.

Second time using their service. Outstanding results couldn't more satisfied with the Service and Workmanship.
