I called for general information about restoring worn seats (not replacement), and they answered, were professional and clear. I then brought my 2013 Mini Cooper in for an estimate, and it took about 10 minutes. We scheduled the restoration for a week later. Today, I picked up my car (ready on time), and the results were great! They look like new seats! They are friendly, professional, took pride in their work, and gave quality care! I recommend Baja Auto Upholstery!

The rear window on my VW came unglued from the top. I found Baja online and stopped by to ask for advice. Francisco correctly advised me that any repair he could do would be temporary and would not work in the long term. He was able to locate a new replacement top for me at his local supplier (which ships worldwide), picked up that very day. The next day I left the car with him in the morning and by the end of the day it was ready for pickup. Francisco is a most exacting craftsman, and did a perfect job. While in his shop I saw a Mercedes leather seat which he was reupholstering, having made his own pattern from the original, replaced the padding, and then sewed a replacement seat from leather which he had sent out to be custom textured to match the original perfectly. His work is superb, and he is an under appreciated treasure. I have been in the furniture business for years, and have rarely met anyone with his talent and skills.

My sunroof was stuck open and my car was getting drenched during our rain spells. Called two mechanics (including my usual) and they were adamant about not touching sunroofs. These guys not only managed to get it closed despite a broken motor, but cleared out the clogged debris that were blocking drainage and contributing to my car's wet interior. Way, way cheaper than I had anticipated as well. Can't recommend this place enough.

Francisco, the owner, is NOT professional at all. He repaired the upholstery of my near-new $60K Infiniti Q60 and I was very disappointed. Both the quality of the material and the stitching were of low quality. His attitude was worse. He's a very rude man.

These guys fix the tear in my leather seat, and it's like brand new. It wasn't cheap but very reasonable compared to other quotes that I had gotten. I am very much satisfied and would recommend them to anyone else needing Auto Upholstery. I'm sure I'll need them again in the future.

Zero customer service, I left my car and my number, so when it's done with checking it they, call me... after I wait more than hour, I came back guys was just chilling, doing their stuff...I ask what's wrong with my car, and Franco said fixing is "couple tousand" , I ask can you write on the card what exactly I have to order to fix.. "it's alot I can't...". and then he just charge me $40 for nothing... And goodbye. Totally disappointed, time wasted, money wasted..
