Ebenezer Auto Upholstery

Took my 2 seats middle (jump seat) and passenger for my Ford E-250. The seats were from a junk yard so they were ripped and in bad shape but he gave them a nice face lift. I was quoted at other places $450 to $500 per seat because they were trying to redo the whole seat but it wasn't necessary, nor could I afford them. I just wanted the areas that were torn. So he heard me and did what I asked, best of all is he gave me an exceptional price; that made me and my pocket so happy! Can't recommend him enough. Look at the first picture, zoom in to see what he did. The other pics are the before, also zoom in. Leo is an older old school gentleman that gets the job done. I went back 2 days later and that's the picture I took of the work he had done so far. I haven't returned do to the holidays but I'll be stopping on Monday and I'm sure he'll be finished. He also likes to have conversations about his life experiences, he spoke about the love of his life, his wife RIP. Recommend him for people who don't want to spend an arm and a leg.

I’m extremely happy with the work done at Ebenezer’s. Prior to COVID I showed up to the shop to get my seats redone. Unfortunately, I don’t have any pictures to show how bad they were, but they came out amazing! I went into the shop not knowing what color or pattern I wanted for my seats and with a quick 2 minute glance of my interior, the owner told me to come back in about a week and they would be ready. Honestly, I wasn’t sure what I was going to end up with but after installing the seats I can assure you the man knows what he is doing. Thank you!

Just picked up my car and am more than pleased. They did a great job at about half the cost I expected. The guy that runs the shop is really pleasant and kind. I dropped my car off at 8:00 this morning and it was ready at 2:00 (3:30 was the estimate). Looks brand new. The shop itself is small and kind of grungy, which I liked, actually. With the old-school sewing machine towards the back, it reminded me of the kinds of places we'd go to when I was a kid on the south side of Chicago. It's kind of a tiny place but don't let that deter you. Highly recommended. A+

I had a great experience with Ebenezer! He recovered my chairs perfectly. He totally knows what he is doing and he is very reasonably priced. My chairs were ready in less than a week! He doesn't speak English well but he understands what you are saying. Reading the reviews I was apprehensive but after seeing his work I completely disagree with the nay sayers. I have 3 more pieces that need work and I'll be taking them to Ebenezer.

Would not recommend it. He does not understand well how to go about fixing a replacement cushion for a couch. It was recommended to me by another person I trust, but I could have done a better job, and it would have cost much less had I purchased the foam at a foam store. It was not cheap, I wanted to give a local merchant a chance but he was not worth it.

The gentlemen Leo was very helpful and reasonable with price. The job quality was excellent And it took about a day had my car by the evening. Thank you
