The job was finished just when they told me it would be finished. I requested something else to be made the same day she was working on my cushions and she told me she would have it done by the end of the day, so that afternoon she called me to let me it was ready. When I picked up the cushions I spoke to Tim and he was also very courteous and friendly. The cushions were very well made and the price was fair...I definitely recommend this place.

Phil's has reupholstered many items for us over the years, and the workmanship is always high quality. Their prices are fair, and they provide good suggestions for fabric selection. Just plan ahead and allow them plenty of lead time as they are in demand. Highly recommend!

Great work at reasonable prices! Just got this bench totally redone for $73. There are only two people running the shop, so just be prepared that it could take a couple months to get something back, as there is a lot of demand for their work. Be prepared with cash or a checkbook on you. To keep costs down they don’t have any type of card reader, so debit/credit are not options.

Reasonably priced and quick turnover! I brought in three couch cushions to have repaired and they were done in 24 hours. Giving 4 stars because one of the seams was off. (See photo) Luckily, it will be hidden. It a cash or check only business so take note of that. I will return in the future.

Low quality work. Delayed turnaround time. Bad customer service. Interior of store is dirty and messy.

Excellent work. Fast service! I had two living room chairs that needed the cushions recovered. I provided the fabric, which my designer had chosen. There was enough fabric to make two additional throw pillows. The work was done quickly and very well. The price was reasonable. I will use them again!

Worth the wait. They reupholstered a 30 year old wing-backed chair, using the fabric I brought them. The workmanship is beautiful and now so is the chair. Very pleased with the price, too. It took a few months on the waiting list and it took another two months or so that they had the chair. Just plan ahead and it's worth it.
