Some jerk smashed my rear bumper overnight and ran—basically a "hit and run." The damage was devastating and I couldn’t drive to work, plus I have no collision insurance and no witness or camera. Couldn’t drive to work since the bumper was hanging and dragging on the road. Thought it would cost hundreds if not thousands of dollars. Look at the before and after pics. I didn’t know where to turn…until I bumped Into Edna’s Auto Body of Lynn on a walk home. The owner Jose Mijangos was very sweet and listened to me, and even sent two of his guys to my place and they fixed the car on site in under a half hour the same day (today)! No appointment or insurance companies involved and super affordable reasonable price. Couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend to anyone who unexpectedly gets their car wrecked. Friendly, Fast, Professional, High quality work, same day service with a smile, honest and hardworking, took credit card. Car looks great like nothing happened. Can’t thank Jose and his two guys and Edna’s Auto Body of Lynn enough.

I recently had my VW Taos repaired at Edna's Auto Body, and I’m very happy with the quality of their work. The job was done perfectly, my car looks brand new again! The staff were friendly, professional, and made sure everything was done right. The only small suggestion I have is to try improving the deadline or time estimate for completion. The result was absolutely worth the wait, but a bit more accuracy on timing would make the experience even better. Overall, I highly recommend this shop for their excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. Thank you for taking great care of my car!

Highly recommend this shop for collision repairs. The team here are very professional, worked in a timely manner to get my car back on the road and were very responsive when asking for my vehicle's updates. Not only did they communicate with me but also with my insurance company with what ever updates they needed. 5 stars, great work.

Had needed a big repair for the rest end of my civic .. Had never heard of this auto body company but their reviews were great so thought I would try calling. Met with Jose for an estimate and time table of when my car would be finished and he gave me an excellent quote, gave me back my car when he said it would be ready AND my car looked like new ! Thank you Jose and your team for your wonderful work !

!!!!!!!!!!!Owner says I did this review by mistake its definitely not a mistake!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will post screenshots and receipts of how much this place got paid to do nothing....Did not do what was promised. Had to bring the car back 3 separate times and the issues is not fix gave jose 3 weeks no response.left my car with a door that doesn't close right...... once insurance paid him he didn't care at all about customer or car! Disgusted by the service.. i would never go back or recommend to anyone!!!...this guy is all about money and him self.. only mistake I made was trusting them. Jose is who I spoke with I even have all the ignored text from him not responding after he got payed. I can also put up all the ignored calls from me trying to call and text. I wouldn't trust this shop to paint anything if you wana even call it shop.. inside even paint booth! was an absolute mess...after you pay him he will no longer respond to your calls or text messages I can prove it by putting a screenshots up..
