Sit WELL upholstery & fabric

This company started out great and completed about 90% of the work professionally and on time, which is why this experience has been so disappointing. After being fully paid in November, the remaining 10% of the project has still not been completed months later. I have called, texted, and tried reaching out multiple times with very limited response or communication. At one point, Rick told me they had a bigger project that took priority and that my job had been pushed to the back of the line. Unfortunately, that still doesn’t excuse the complete lack of follow-through or communication. What started as a good working relationship turned sour very quickly. I am beyond frustrated with Rick’s lack of professionalism and communication regarding finishing this project. I finally informed him that I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because I’ve run out of options trying to get this resolved. My advice: be very cautious about making final payment until every part of the project is fully completed.

Fantastic experience with Sit Well Upholstery & Fabrics! My outdoor patio cushions and pillows now look gorgeous and I can use my outdoor space again! Phenomenal customer service, outstanding job quality and very professional! Highly recommend!!

Sit Well recoated the table and chair frames and foot rests and restuffed and recovered all cushions. They did a FABULOUS job. Highly recommend!!

As the next most recent reviewer said, rude driving in the company van. We laughed pretty hard when we went to check out the company online due to their driving and saw someone else had a similar experience recently. Can’t speak to their upholstery skills but I hope it’s better than their driving!

If I could give zero stars, I would. They were accidentally overpaid $2.4k and said they would reimburse, it has been months and they dodge all phone calls. DO NOT RECOMMEND this shady company.

My experience with Sit Well was perfect from the time I met with the sales gal who came to my house to the time my chairs were returned to me. The chairs look amazing. They look better than expected. Everything went so well and I just love the quality of the work. Nice, nice people to work with.

Sit Well did a fantastic job of re-upholstery on our two aging and much loved living room chairs. The designer was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped us make the all the right decisions to give our chairs a wonderful second life. The workmanship was and is excellent. So why only 4 stars? Our designer suggested arm chair covers because we have a scottie who likes to sit on the arms of the chairs. The covers were included in the invoice that we paid in full when the chairs were delivered. The drivers did not have any knowledge of the arm covers. We contacted the office via phone message and email letting them know the covers were missing. We have never heard back from anyone at disappointment. We still love our chairs, but a bit of a dissappointment that they did even acknowledge our issue.
