Well this place is a hidden gem. Best place to upholster literally anything!!! I went here for another price opinion on a few items for my massage chair. Well they did a spectacular job. The price here was a fraction of the places! Got the job done in just a few days when other places were saying a month. This place is genuinely helpful, honest and happy to be there which makes it all that much more pleasurable. The other places were saying I needed to get more yards of fabric, this place was like cool we can use what I have meaning they are also resourcefully talented. If you haven't pre ordered fabric like I did, that's okay because they have their own fabric as well and do not rob you. At the end they were even helping with how to finish my project. Such good people! Highly recommended to come to Marks Upholstery for all upholstery needs!

Mark and his crew do awesome work , my son had his 64 impala done at his shop and we were very impressed he gave attention to our ride as if was his own . He take pride in his work , I would recommend him to anyone that needs up dating on their classic ride or any upholstery needs , thanks Mark & crew Sincerely , Pete Navarro Sr ...

Spoke with Mark, owner, initially to get a bid. Very nice at the start. Mark said he would get back to me with total cost. When two weeks went by, and I did not hear from him I called to inquire. Received a "pushy" response. Received the bid. It was very high. My response was "let me think about it". Mark said take it or leave it. Had to do the job within two weeks. When questioned about the rush, Mark became unreasonably irritated. Accusing me of calling him a liar. Finally he explained that he only had access to equipment for two weeks. And once again said take it or leave it. Finally he texted the following response in what seemed to get a last insult in, " I can’t wait to see your truck all messed up at a car show". And lastly he said, "he was going to call the other upholstery shops about you". Very disconcerting experience. One can only image what difficulties would be experienced if he did the job and there was a problem with workmanship. Will look elsewhere

This place is a joke! i went in to have my dashboard re-covered, the price was high, but they convinced me it was worth the price. Truth be told upholstery work was about a 7 out of a 10. Not terrible, but definitely not worth the money. Proud of your prices, no problem... i go to pick it up and pay for it. As i pull out of the driveway i notice that my speedometer and my radio no longer is working. So i pull around, they said no problem we will fix it and get it back to you. 2 days later i drive back (30 miles from my house to this place. Same story, speedometer now works and so does the radio, however now the gas gauge is no longer reading and neither is the windshield wipers. I gave them one more chance... they call 2 days later and ask me to come get the car. They said that they cant figure it out, and that it is my problem! I speak with the owner directly and he says that i brought the car to them like that and its not their problem. The moral of the story is... dont take your car here unless you like paying high prices and dont mind getting your car back in worse condition that you left it. If you dont believe me, look me up and i will show you receipts of when i had to take my car to an electronic automotive shop to fix my problems!

Very poor customer service. I had a complete interior on my car done and several pieces came up missing. They were never replaced. He will keep changing the completion date, I was told it would take 2-3 months to complete and it has been a year. I’ve decided to go to another upholstery shop for the last pieces that need to be done

Mark is very nice. Willing 2 please his customers. Good work. I was there b4, now returning & will return again if I need something done. Great!
