Posting under a different account, but anyway, I was very thrilled with the customer service 🙂 I received an honest estimate and encouragement for my quarter panel/rear side flap that was a result of a hit and run (I wasn’t planning to repair cosmetic dmg with the estimate I received from my mechanic for other parts already repaired to get the car driving). Waukegan Tire recommended me to Maj-estic 🙂 I let the office know I was already planning to trade in my car at the end of the year and would rather save for a down payment for a new one, and they offered to screw in my flap so I don’t run into any issues on the road. If I ever need a service from these guys, I will gladly go back 🙂

It makes no sense how much you all charge for things that can be done by other mechanics or body shops but when you cut your grass you let it Go all on Green Bay Road so that all of us have to drive all over the grass and trash that blows off of your property? What is the booth and the prices for? It's definitely not for the landscaping.

These guys are great ! I had small dent by my front wheel well that was obstructing my drivers side door. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to make a claim with my insurance company or not . They were transparent about options and pricing , which I truly appreciate.

Work was wonderful and Joel was very helpful through the entire process. Can’t tell anything was ever damaged and my interior was actually cleaner then when I brought it in .
