Haven Car Wash

Es mi tercera vez que regreso a Haven Car Wash ... porque excelente lavado y su buen servicio al cliente además que me parece muy económico. Tiene las 3B

The car wash is part of a Chevron station and they do a decent job (nothing special) but the owner/manager is offensive and condesending. No matter which wash you pick, he tries to upsell you to a more expensive wash or he pressures you to add on some of the extras, like wheel treatments, etc. I'm okay with him trying to sell me more because that helps the business make more money, and I understand that. However... when you tell him "no thank you" or "not today" he continues to pressure you, and making it worse, he follows up with mannerisms are offensive and he tries to mak3 uou ferl dumb or tries to shame you by shaking his head and making facial expressions that say "ok, well you're going to be sorry". After my visit there today, I decided that I simply won't go there anymore. My advice to others is to be prepared for him yo pressure you, so at least he doesn't catch you off guard, and don't let him sell you anything you don't want. 😡💪

Came here to address the bad reviews. Bad smell, blah blah blah. It smells for like a total of 17 seconds during your run through, and it's not that bad. Quit crying. The lady that works the outpost deserves a raise. She's super nice and works hard. Car came out clean, and you can sit on a comfortable bench while you wait. Honestly it sounds like entitled brats are leaving bad reviews.

I've always enjoyed coming here, but the overall experience is being ruined by the condition of the drive-thru. The car wash equipment and tunnels are not only dirty, but they also have a distinct, **sulfur-like odor** that is truly off-putting. Despite this major issue, I rate it 3/5 because the employees make up for it: the guys drying and cleaning the cars are excellent and detail-oriented.

I had a really disappointing experience at this car wash. I paid for a full service, but my car was still dirty when they finished. The exterior had spots and streaks, and they barely touched the interior dust still on the dashboard and crumbs on the seats. It felt rushed and careless
