I don’t even want to waste any more of my energy with this place . I am really not the kind of person to leave bad reviews because I understand as a human being we make mistakes but the fact that I spoke with the "owner". "Steve" and he didn't even bother trying to resolve the concerns that I had really didn’t sit well with me , And the receptionist girl who gave me attitude "patty" simply kept talking over me not willing to listen and understand what I was calling for. I really wished I would have read the reviews before my wife took the car in the first place .. this is ridiculous .

Decent car wash. Been here many times before. It's the best priced CW within a 20 mile radius.

I went to this car wash that gets super busy, but despite the crowd, we were in and out in about 35-40 minutes tops. They offer a waiting area both outside and inside, with the inside area being where you pay. The car wash provides different packages depending on what you're looking to get for your car. For as quickly as they work, I didn't expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the job. The pricing is decent, especially considering other detail services that charge more. If you want to maintain the detailing on your car from previous services, this is the place to go. I saw some reviews accusing them of missing items, but that wasn't the case for me. Overall, it was a pretty good and fast service for what it is.

Hand washes for trucks won't get you any future free washes. The quality has slipped like crazy, prices went up, idk. I have been getting my truck washed here for multiple years. Always felt like not getting a free wash every 7 or so was crazy especially because we pay more for the hand wash and more for having a truck. Either way, I was content with the cleaning but over the past few visits, it has been getting worse. Constant streaks of water on my back windows/gas cap area not wiped dry, bugs/mug/whatever left on the grill, the interior still needing to be wiped down, the top of my truck not cleaned completely. Typically this isn't a big deal once or twice and I'll take care of it at home but it has been consistent. I just started driving a little further to the mission car wash on route 66. If the quality improves I'll definitely pop back in here and there for the convenience of it being down the street but the prices are still a little much compared to the surrounding car washes.

I had a terrible experience at this car wash. I paid extra to have my particularly dirty car cleaned. I specifically asked showed them what areas needed to be washed (besides the car obviously) and told them to charge me whatever they need to charge for all that work, so they did. When I checked the car, NONE of the work that I had asked them to do was done, which I paid extra for. When I addressed the issue to the manager, which is also the same person who washed it, he was incredibly disrespectful and rude. He snapped back, saying, "We don’t work for you. If you want your car washed right, go do it yourself at a self-service car wash." I was shocked by the unprofessional attitude considering I’ve been coming to this car wash for years. Paying extra should come with at least a reasonable level of effort and respect. Needless to say, I will never come back here again, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for good service or even a decent effort. When you have a manager like that running the place, no one is going to perform.
